Our research shows there have not been any settlements between.
Pennsylvania Power & Light Company and any of its employees in Section 210.
proceedings.
.We understand the Comission's concern over inclusion of' clauses in these agreements which restrict the ability of employees to provide information about potential safety issues to the NRC.
It is PP&L's policy to address all legitimate concerns and allegations regarding potential safety issues, regardless of the source, in a forthright manner and without reprisal.
Personnel, including contractor employees, are expected to report their safety concerns and PPAL management expects these concerns to be addressed and satisfactorily resolved.
