Undersigned counsel for Petitioners 1 in this consolidated proceeding for

review of orders by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) hereby

inform the Court that Petitioners, with the consent of the NRC and the United

States, intend to utilize a deferred joint appe ndix, as authorized by Fed. R. App. P.

30(c).
