General and Financial Information Part 1 - General and Financial Information 1.0 General Information This application seeks standard design approval of the NuScale Standard US460 Plant pursuant to 10 CFR 52, Subpart E. NuScale requests NRC review, approval, and granting of standard design approval for the NuScale Standard US460 Plant Design.

This application was prepared as an account of work sponsored by an agency of the United States Government. The following general information is provided pursuant to 10 CFR 52.136.

1.1 Name of Applicant This application is submitted by NuScale Power, LLC. All references herein to "NuScale Power" or "NuScale," as an entity, refer to NuScale Power, LLC.

1.2 Address of Applicant NuScale Power, LLC's headquarters are located at 6650 SW Redwood Lane, Suite 210, Portland, OR 97224.

1.3 Description of Business NuScale Power, LLC is engaged principally in the business of developing and marketing a nuclear power plant design based on the NuScale small modular reactor. NuScale Power, LLC is a subsidiary of NuScale Power Corporation.

1.4 Restricted Data The Application does not include any Restricted Data or other defense information requiring separation in accordance with 10 CFR 50.33(j). Safeguards Information and Security-Related Information are protected in accordance with applicable regulations.
