In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, I request that you review the attached French Certificate of Approval No. F/358/AF-96 (Hw) for the Model COG-OP-30B package and make a recommendation concerning our revalidation of the package for import and export use.
To assist you in your review, I have transmitted a copy of French Certificate, a summary of design changes since our last review and an affidavit to support proprietary treatment of portions of the application. Our applicant has provided proprietary and public copies of the safety analysis report to your staff electronically.
