OGC COMMENTS REGARDING REVIEW OF FRAMATOME APPROVED TOPICAL REPORT, ANP-10348-P, FLUENCE METHODOLOGIES FOR SUBSEQUENT LICENSE RENEWAL Framatome approved topical report (TR) ANP-10348P-A, Fluence Methodologies for Subsequent License Renewal (SLR), (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML21222A007), was submitted to the Office of General Counsel (OGC) for review per LIC-500, Topical Report Process, and LIC-101, License Amendment Review Procedures, to support the Oconee Subsequent License Renewal Application (SLRA) request (ADAMS Accession No. ML21158A193). The legal review was completed and OGC provided comments (ADAMS Accession No. ML21229A273).
