Dear Mr. Nelson:
As per your recent phone conversation with Mr. E.C. Simpson, this letter is to advise you that Florida Power Corporation's Production Engineering and CR #3 Plant Staff have begun a review of the safety related systems at CR #3 that contain snubbers. As discussed with Mr. Simpson, the purp.ise of this review is to determine if there are any snubbers at CR #3 that should be added to Table 3.7-3 of the Technical Specifications. ~
You will be advised of the results of our review which should be completed on or before November 10, 1978. If necessary, Florida Power Corporation f will submit a request for a Technical Specification Amendment revising i._ -Table 3.7-3.
