The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has received your submittal dated September 12, 2022 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Number ML22269A558), transmitting a request for renewal of Certificate of Compliance No.
9370.
We have completed our acceptance review of your submittal and have identified no administrative omissions or deficiencies that would prevent us from proceeding with a detailed review. Your submittal has been assigned Enterprise Project Identification Number (EPID)
L-2022-RNW-0020. Please reference this number and Docket Number 71-9370 in any future correspondence associated with this request.
Please note that the NRC staffs technical review of your submittal may identify issues that could require that you provide additional information. Based on our preliminary evaluation and projection of current review schedules, we anticipate completing our formal review by November 15, 2022. The NRC staff estimates that completing the review of your submittal will require approximately 8 staff-hours which corresponds to about $2,304.00 based on fiscal year 2022 rates. We will promptly communicate significant schedule and/or cost changes, if any.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS.
