OF JANUARY 13, 2022, CLOSED MEETING WITH FRAMATOME INC. AND THE U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION TO DISCUSS FRAMATOME TOPICAL REPORT ANP-10339P, REVISION 0, ARITA - ARTEMIS/RELAP INTEGRATED TRANSIENT ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION QUESTION 9 On January 13, 2022, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a closed teleconference meeting via Microsoft Teams with representatives from Framatome Inc.
(Framatome). The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Framatome Topical Report (TR)
ANP-10339P, Revision 0, ARITA - ARTEMIS/RELAP Integrated Transient Analysis Methodology Request for Additional Information (RAI) question 9. The associated RAI question 9 response was received from Framatome on March 31, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML20097E582). This meeting was a follow-up to the closed meeting held on December 14, 2021 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21337A226) and was noticed on December 15, 2021 (ADAMS Accession No. ML21350A021).
During the meeting on January 13, 2022, discussions between the Framatome representatives and the NRC staff focused on technical issues relevant to RAI question 9 and Table 9-2, Model Uncertainty Parameter Treatment Parameters.
