The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your letter dated June 16, 2021, transmitting the Texas Department of State Health Services Proposed Regulations to RATS IDs 2018-1, 2018-2, 2018-3, 2019-1, 2019-2, 2020-1, and 2020-2; and Final Regulations to RATS IDs 2015-3, 2015-4, and 2015-5.
