Export License. Israeli Research Reactor Gentlemen:

In accordance with our telephone conversation of May 29th,1958, we are a ^ ~ ; ting the following information regarding I tne export license fo~ the Israeli Research Rosetor.

1. Our application of April 8th,1958 for the export  !

license references the name "Commissariat a L'Energie l Atomique of Israel" which is the French version for the Israeli Atomic Energy Co= mission. The names are synonomous except that one is in French.

2. The reactor equipment to be exported vill be shipped to the Port of Tel Aviv and/or Haifa. The actual i site of the reactor is Nebi Rubin, Israel. l 3 The Israeli Atomic Energy Commission vill be the l

direct consignee on the shipments. , I l

4. The Government of Israel Supply Mission, acting as agents for the Israeli Atomic Energy Commission, vill prepare the shipping documents which include the bills l of lading.
