Due to unforeseen delays in the Israel Research Reactor construction installation pro;;, ram, we vill be unable to co:plete all shipments of reactor compenents prior to the expiration date of subject Export License.

We, therefora, request that Export License No. XR-21, which expires on Jur.e 30th,1960, be amended to extend the expiration date an additional one year, to June 30th,1961.
