This refers to your discussions with Mr. Larry W. Rossbach on February 10 and March 8,1993, in which you expressed concerns with staffing of the receipt inspection area, and harassment of quality insurance personnel.

We have initiated actions to examine your quality concerns and will inform you of our fmdings.

With regard to harassment and discrimination for raising safety issues, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has the authority to order backpay, reinstatement or compensatory damages. In order to protect your rights, you must file a written complaint with DOL within 180 days of the .
