Pebinson stated that the t'PC nanuals cevering FO!A to include 10 CFR Section i 9.3 does not specifically prohibi?. the destruction of docurents prior to or after receipt of a FOIA request. She did state that the destruction of '
documents should not he accomplished after receipt of a FOIA Request. Pcw-ever, this is not addressed in the applicable nanual chapters.
