Steam Generator Inspention Results
Dear Sir:
In accordance with Technical Specifications 4.4.10.5.a, this letter provides notification on the number of tubes plugged following the inservice inspection of steam generator tubes.
As a result of the May 1987 inservice inspection of Steam Generator #2, twenty six tubes were plugged. In addition, eighteen tubes were plugged-in Steam Generator #3 and sixteen tubes in Steam Generator #4.
1 Complete results of the inservice inspection of Steam Generator #2 will I follow within twelve months in accordance with Technical Specification i 4.4.10.5.b. Also, a special report will be forwarded pertaining to the plugging of Steam Generators #3 and #4.
