This refers to our inspection conducted'during' April 6-10,-April 20-24, and May

4-8, 1987. That inspection covered items related to your responses to NRC Inspec-
tion Report 50-443/86-52. It also covered additional information provided to.
Mr. J. P.- Durr of this office during' our meeting and interview with you on April
.20, 1987. The' inspection, including its purpose and scope, inspector observations

and-findings, and NRC management assessment of safety and regulatory concerns, is
' documented in the enclosed NRC Inspection Report No.' - 50-443/87-07.
In regard.to a meeting with you to address further the results of our inspection,
as described in my letter to you dated May' 27, 1987 and in previous correspondence,
Mr. Thomas Elsasser of my staff will soon contact you.or other Employee's Legal
Project representatives to arrange such a meeting at the NRC Region I Office in
King of Prussia, Pennsylvania during September 1987.
