We will not be able to respond to your request for a license until you respond to our letter dated April 24, 1987, requesting more information ir, regard to the qualifications and training for Dr. Markette and requesting identity of your teletherapy l
physicist.
l l In our letter dated May 22, 1987, we granted an extension until July 15, 1987, to the date by which we must receive a response to our letter dated April 24, 1987. If we do not receive a reply by that date we shall as'sume that you do not wish to pursue your application.
