Dear NRC Representative:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act,5 USC Paragraph 552, and to the NRC's regulations, I hereby request the following:

1) NRC Office of Investigation Report 1-97-038 (EA No.98-056). Via a February 25,1998 letter (ACN # 9803130134), the NRC provided a synopsis of the referenced report in a correspondence from Mr.

Charles W. Hehl (NRC - Director, Division of Reactor Projects) to Mr.

Stephen Bram (Consolidated Edison, Senior Vice President- Central Operations, Indian Point Unit 2). I would like to obtain a copy of the entire investigation report. (Reference FOIA/PA 98-192 Originally submitted -

5/7 and subsequently withdrawn)

2) Meeting minutes or summary of an Enforcement Conference meeting that was held on May 6,1998, at the NRC Region 1 offices (King of Prussia, PA) between the NRC and representatives of Consolidated Edison regarding Indian Point 2 (Docket 50-247). The May 6,1998 meeting was closed to the public. (Reference FOIA/PA 98-193 Originally submitted 5/7 and subsequently withdrawn)

3) Meeting minutes or summary of a May 20,1998 Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss an apparent violation of 10 CFR 50.9. (Ref: Investigation Report 1-97-038) that was held at the NRC Region I (King of Prussia, PA) between a former Consolidated Edison Employee and the NRC regarding Falsified Fire Protection Surveillance Testing records i associated with Docket 50-247 (Indian Point 2). The May 20,1998, meeting was closed to the public.
