Attached please fmd an excerpt from Volume 54, Number 196 of the Federal Register dated October 12,1989, which contains a summary of a meeting held pursuant to the Simchme Act, at which the NRC considered Theragenics' ptition. I would like to receive a transcript of this meeting if such a transcript is available. Rarthermore, the attached excerpt states that, at the meeting, Theragenics submined a petition for ruta =*ing", "several dem nes, including a letter from the FDA, a safety evaluation report from the State of Georgia, the '
