COMMENT RESOLUTION i In their vote sheets, Chairman Jackson and Commissioner Dicus '
l approved the staff's recommendation. Commissioners Dia:: and McGaffigan approved in part and disapproved in part.
Commissioner Diaz would prefer to retain the 18 FTE for FSU and CEE assistance only if it can be funded through reimburable agreements or from the General Fund. Commissioner McGaffigan l would like the FSU and CEE funding included in the business-like FTE category. Subsequently, the comments of the Commission were incorporated into the guidance to staff as reflected in the SRM issued on December 19, 1997 1
