Appendix A, Technical Specifications, of Facility Operating Licenses NPF-37, i l

NPF-66, NPF-72, and NpF-75. The proposed amendment requests changes to Technical Specification Tables 3.3-1 and 4.3-1, as requested in Generic Letter 85-09.

The revised Technical Specification pages are contained in l Attachment A. The description and summary of the proposed changes is l I

presented in AttachrJent B.

The proposed changes have been reviewed and approved by both oh-site and off-site review in accordance with Commonwealth Edison l procedures. Commonwealth Edison has reviewed this proposed. amendment in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92(c) and has determined that no significant j

hazards consideration exists. This evaluation is documented in Attachment C.

commonwealth Edison is notifying the State of Illinois of our application for this amendment by transmitting a copy of this letter _and its  ;

attachments to the designated State Official.
