'This refers .to our Confirmatory Action Letter RIII-86007, Amendment 1, dated
November 14, 1986, relating .to the recovery. program for your licensed operator
requalification program at your Quad Cities Station based on the 58% failure-
rate. on the NRC examinations administered during the weeks of September '15 'and
October- 13,'1986.
Based on our inspection efforts, Region III has concluded.you have met all of
your commitments noted in the above Confirmatory Action Letter and therefore
this Cont 1rmatory Action Letter is considered closed. Our inspection results
-have been sent to you in Inspection Reports 50-254/87029(DRS);
50-265/87029(DRS).
