Inspection No. 070-00168/87-01 This refers to the closecut inspection conducted by Marlene J. Taylor of this i office on March 11, 1987 at your facility, 642 East College Avenue, State College, Pennsylvania, of activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-188 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mrs. Taylor with yourself and Mr. Charles Heyman in a telephone conversation on March 17, 1987.
The scope of the inspection is described in the enclosed inspection report. .
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of interviews with personnel and I measurements made by the inspector. Mrs. Taylor also checked the security of i the licensed material at your new facility.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed l report will be placed in the Public Document Room. '
