office on March 11, 1987 at your facility, 642 East College Avenue, State College, Pennsylvania, of activities authorized by NRC License No. SNM-188 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mrs. Taylor with yourself and Mr. Charles Heyman in a telephone conversation on March 17, 1987.
The scope of the inspection is described in the enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of interviews with personnel and measurements made by the inspector. Mrs. Taylor also checked the security of i
the licensed material at your new facility.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed report will be placed in the Public Document Room.
