| Description | The licensee did not provide any objective evidence that the molded case circuit breakers at the 120Vac and 125Vdc voltage levels had been periodically manually exercised, inspected, and tested as required by the Braidwood Stations Fire Protection Report (FPR), Chapter 2.4, Safe Shutdown Analysis, Section 2.4.1.5, Assumptions, paragraph 5.a. The licenses failure to periodically manually exercise, inspect, and test molded case circuit breakers to ensure proper operation as assumed by the FPR is a violation of the Braidwood Stations Facility Operating License. |
