RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR CLEARANCE OF DOCUMENTS

. SUBJECT TO F01A-86-649 This is in response to your October 20, 1986 memorandum which requested release / withhold determinations for four documents.

The majority of the Commission agrees with OGC's recommendations as stated on the enclosed appendix. OGC has also determined that the July 28, 1986 memorandum from Chairman Zech subject, "ACRS Request to Hire Its Own Legal Counsel" does not fall within the scope of this request.

This completes action on F01A-86-649.
