MEETING WITH ALCHEMIE ON SECURITY PLANS On Wednesday, February 24, 1988, NRC Staff members met with representatives of All Chemical Isotope Enrichment, Inc. (AlchemIE) to discuss details on three security plans, viz.,1) the facility security plan for the AlchemIE Facility-1 CPDF, 2) the security plan for AlchemIE Facility-2 Oliver Springs, and 3) the security plan for the shipment of classified material and equipment from Piketon, Ohio, to Oliver Springs, TN.
Details of all three plans are held proprietary by the Commission pursuant to 10CFRPart2.790(d)(1). Therefore, the meeting was closed to public observation. Based on discussions held on the three plans, AlChemIE intends to submit revised security plans.
