This letter forwards the inspection report associated with the Sequoyah
design calculation review inspection performed at your Knoxville,
Tennessee, offices from February 2 to 13,1987.

Mr. J. M. Taylor's letter to you dated March 5, 1987, provided our
characterization of the observations included in the ins)ection report.
We have received your response to this letter dated Marc 113,1987 and
will factor this information into our next inspection.
Our next planned inspection of your calculation review program is
tentatively scheduled for the last week of April 1987. As a part of
our inspection we intend to review the corrective actions associated
with our inspection report observations and associated with the findings
generated as a result of the technical audit conducted by your Engineering
Assurance group.
