Supplementary Information: At the Annual Agreement States Meeting, a request for information about both NRC's overall budget and the Office of State Programs' budget was made. In response to that request, please find enclosed the two documents that NRC committed to provide. The first is NUREG-1100, Volume 12, Budget Estimates, Fiscal Year 1997. The second is SECY-95-017, Reinventing NRC Fee Policies, which contains a more l detailed discussion of the costs associated with NRC's Agreement State Program activities. .
