Dear Mr. Chairman:

In the testimony that was submitted to your Subcommittee, the Connission {

indicated that we would be submitting an Addendum to NRC's FY 1988 Budget Request which would recast the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's FY 1988-1989 budget estimates submitted to you in January 1987 to reflect the agency's new organizational structure recently approved by the Commission.
