The scope and findings are presented in general terms to reflect intended differences in the license review approach and inspections using the alternate review approval process, which is currently being piloted. It is not intended to be formal NRC guidance or criteria needed to make a license finding under 10 CFR Part 50 and conducting associated inspections under Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50.
