As requested in your letter of December 13, 1905, we have reviewed the fissile material safety aspects under Certificate of Conpliance No.
G273. The certificate was not renewed and expired on Novenber 30, 1983.
l The analysis for contents with an enrichnent greater than 1 w/o in the 11-235 isotope for the reissued competent authority certificate is the enclosed " fissile Class I Shipment of Ifranium ifexafluoride " Heel" Cylinders,"
K-L-6249, Pev. 1. June 5, 1974. This analysis satisfies the criticality safety aspects of both the 1967 and 1973 IAEA regualtions and is the technical basis for Table 3 of 49 CfR 5173.417.
