STATUS REPORT - DIFFERING PROFESSIONAL OPINION Of T. DUNNING' As requested by the memorandum from J. Snieze; dated June 12, 1992, we (J. Murphy, R. Barrett, and J. Craig) are reviewing the Differing Professional +
Opinion (DPO) submitted to the EDO by Thomas Dunning on June 10, 1992. We met as a panel on June 30, and July 16, 1992, and met with Mr. Dunning on July 23, 1992. J. M. Cutchin, IV, OGC, attended our meeting with Mr. Dunning and has provided counsel, as needed. Our deliberations are nearing completion, and we are in the process of finalizing our report. We expect to forward our formal report to you no later than August 17, 1992.
