IJRC-29-83-623 Modi fication IJo. 12 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide ir.crementa) funding in the amount of $39,450 for CY 1992. Accordingly, the following change is ,

hereby made:

l '. Article V - CONSIDERAT101J AND PAYMENT, Paragraph A., ~Cortsideration, Paragraph 2., is revised to read as follows:

"2. The amount presently obligated by the Commissi6n with respect to  !

this cooperative agreement for the CY-1992 effort is $52,600, l The total amount obligated since 1nception of this agreement is increased.by $39,450 from s389,350 to 5428,800."

All other terms and conditions under this Cooperative Agreement remain.
