The amount presently obligated by the Commissi6n with respect to this cooperative agreement for the CY-1992 effort is $52,600, l

The total amount obligated since 1nception of this agreement is increased.by $39,450 from s389,350 to 5428,800."

All other terms and conditions under this Cooperative Agreement remain.
