SUBJECT: NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-302/96-09)
Dear Mr. Anderson:
Thank you for your response of March 18, 1997, to our Notice of Violation
(NOV) issued on October 4.1996, and our letter dated February 11, 1997,
concerning activities conducted at your Crystal River facility. We have
evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of
10 CFR 2.201. While your response did not address the changes you made in
E0P-7 and E0P-8. we verified in Inspection Report 50-302/96-09 that the
appropriate changes had been made. We will examine the implementation of the
remainder of your corrective actions during future inspections. ;
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
