ORDER Both the counsel for intervenor Sunflower Alliance and the representative of intervenor Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy have advised us that, because of the serious illness of a family member, they will not be in a position to present oral argument on their pending appeals on December 19, 1985. Accordingly, our November 20, 1985 order scheduling the argument for that date is hereby vacated. We will decide at a later date whether to reschedule the argument or, instead, to treat the appeals as submitted on the briefs.
