The subject task order expired on May 28, 1993. Pending completion of all required closecut requirements it is necessary to l unilaterally deobligate excess funds remaining under this task ;
order for other immediate agency reqpirements. Therefore, the l purpose of this unilateral modification is to decrease the amount I obligated by the Commission by $691.84 from $81,646.74 to l
$80,954.90 of which $78,121.23 represents the reimbursable costs, '
and $2,833.67 represents the fixed fee. The deobligated amount i
does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you under the contract terms.
