Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 81 under Contract No. NRC-03-90-031
Dear Mr. Shiflett:
The subject task order expired on May 28, 1993.
Pending completion of all required closecut requirements it is necessary to unilaterally deobligate excess funds remaining under this task order for other immediate agency reqpirements.
Therefore, the purpose of this unilateral modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission by
$691.84 from
$81,646.74 to
$80,954.90 of which $78,121.23 represents the reimbursable costs, and $2,833.67 represents the fixed fee.
The deobligated amount i
does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you under the contract terms.
