Dear Mr. Denton:
As counsel for Omaha Public Power District, we hereby submit three (3) signed originals and nineteen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment of Operating License," together with forty (40) copies of the proposed Technical Specifications. The application seeks to amend Figures 5-1 and 5- 2 and Sections 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, and 5.7 of the' Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that License.- These amendments provide certain administrative Omaha Public changes, includin'g updated organizational charts.
Power District' plans to make these changes effective July _1, 1984. They were discussed in a June 1, 1984 meeting with NRC Region IV and NRR.
! The proposed Amendment is deemed'to be a Class III Amendment within the meaning of Section 170.22 of the regulations of the U.S. Nuclear Reg'ulatory Commission.
Accordingly, a check for the appropriate fee of $1,200 is also L enclosed.
