L111 Exam Validation 07/30 - 08/02/2012 VALIDATOR Comments: All questions were reviewed with the class with emphasis on questions scoring less than 50%.

R1 Question 09 - Question valid. Knowledge of less than 1 hour1.157407e-5 days
2.777778e-4 hours
1.653439e-6 weeks
3.805e-7 months
tech specs. Most knew RWST was covered by LCO did not realize RWST level is R2 a one hour Compeletion Time. Covered LCO with candidates.

R3 Question 40 - Question is valid. Candidates stated they either failed to notice that temperature 542F was given the question or believed that R4 RCS temperature would be stablilized at no load Tave - 547F. This is an action in other EOPs such as E-0.1, Reactor Trip Response but not in R5 E-0. The goal is stablize at current temperature (if less than 547F) to prevent pressurizer overfill. Remediate with candidates.

R6 Question 90 - Question is valid. All that missed it misapplied graphs provided. Remediated with candidates.
