-In addition, the AFW SK Booster Fumps (1/2SXO4P) and their associated discharge check valves (1/2SX174) are being added, however, the testing of these components will not be fully implemented until the end 1992. This is

-due to the need to purchase new ultrasonic flow instrumentation to measure flow. Also, these pumps were added to PR-05 in order to ne the ultrasonic flow instrumentation to perform the Code testing.

Relief request, VR-20. requests approval for fixed alert ranges for all power operated valves and is currently approved for Byron Station. A Braidwood implementation schedule will be developed, once NRR approval is granted.

2. VR Revised to document GL 89-04, Attachmant 1, Item 10 concerning trending of CIVs sir,ed six inches or greater. ASME Section XI IWV-3427(a) will not be utilized. Also, valves 3/2SD002A-H and 1/2SD005A-D were removed per Technical Spec i ficat ion Amendment 826.

This relief request is in accordance with GL RQ-04 requirements, and is pre-approved. Added 1/2RYO75 due to Appandix J, Type C tested.

3. VR Provided additional information for the disassenbly and inspection sample plan lie n GL 89-04. This revision incorporates the latest Byron discussions with NRR.
