The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting but before the meeting is adjourned.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is for Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M) to provide information on a planned request for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, related to obtaining relief from the examination frequency requirements of American Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Case N-729, Alternative Examination Requirements for PWR Reactor Vessel Upper Heads With Nozzles Having Pressure-Retaining Partial-Penetration WeldsSection XI, Division 1.
