Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Facility Operating License No. DPR-16 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) Revision As required by Technical Specification 6.9.1.f.4, a revision to the COLR for Oyster Creek Cycle 15 operation is attached for NRC staff information.

This COLR revision (Revision 6) contains a change to the Minimum Critical Power Ratio operating limit from 1.51 to 1.50 based on the reload core design for Cycle

15. MAPLHGR and LLHGR limits for two GE9 fuel designs (GE9-348B and GE9-338B) are incorporated for the first time with the Cycle 15 reload. In addition, MAPLHGR and LLHGR limits for the GE-299Z fuel type are deleted since it is not used in the Cycle 15 core.
