Notification of Personnel Change Gentlemen:

I am providing notification of a change in personnel shown in the organization chart of the OSTR Technical Specifications as required by Technical Specification OREGON 6.7.c.3. On September 30, 2002, Ms. Kathryn Brock ended her employment as the STATE Senior Health Physicist with Oregon State University to pursue a position with the UNIVERSITY U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

We are in the midst of the hiring process for this position. Per our Lines of 100 Radiation Center Succession, Dr. Scott Menn will assume the duties of Senior Health Physicist until Corvallis, Oregon such time as the position is filled.
