PROCEEDINGS CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Madam Secretary I believe we have an affirmation before we start with our briefing.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a petition by the Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League seeking a review of Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision, documented in LBP-03-17, which dismissed Blue Ridge Environmental Defense Leagues Amended Contention. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order that denies the Blue Ridge Environmental Defense Leagues petition for the review of the Licensing Boards decision in LBP-03-17 which was the Duke Power Corporation McGuire Nuclear Station and Catawba Nuclear Station petition for review of LBP-03-17. Would you please affirm your votes?
