NUREG-2159 Hi Yawar, Attached is the draft NUREG-2159 for Category II facilities based on the discontinued MC&A rulemaking. Chapter 12 of this NUREG discusses the concept of Material Balance Areas (MBA), Item Control Areas (ICA), and custodian responsibilities for those areas.

You can send the NUREG to Centrus as we promised them at the meeting last week.
