Dear Mr. Howard:
On July 8,1975, we informed you of an increase in conductivity across the plant (from point 20 to the discharge canal) in excess of Environ-mental Technical Specification limits. That telegram which informed ,
you of this occurrence was in error in that the increase was actually 10% vice the 15% noted in the telegram. ,
We wish to cancel this Non-Routine, Non-Radiological Environmental Report as Environmental Technical Specification 2.3.3 was not exceeded, i.e. the in.: ease was not greater than 10%. We therefore feel that this nccurrence is not reportable under Environmental Techn! cal Specification 7 5.6.2, but rather is within specification limits.
