Peach Bottom Unit 3 Inservice inspection
Dear Sir:
i in accordance with the Philadelphla Electric Company Second Ten Year Interval lnservice inspection Program, inservice Inspections (Isis) were completed on Unit 3 during the March 31, 1987 through November 11, 1989 Extended Refueling Outage, in addition, repairs and replacements were completed during this period on Section XI components. Enclosed are three <
copies of the Inservice inspection Final Report (NIS 1) which summarizes the examinations performed. A separate report,' Summary of ASME Repairs and Replacement Completed" (NIS-2), will be submitted at a later date.
. SeveralIndications were Identified as a result of these examinations, and their resolutions are contained in Section 2 of the (NIS-1) report, ' Summary of Indications Observed.'
in addition to the ISI Reports, a detailed data package which supports this examination has been assembled. The package is retained by PECo, and is available for review, 1
