Re: RINSC Organizational Chart Greetings Xiaosong.

I am just returning from a month of travel in Africa; somehow I thought that my letter to William Kennedy on the amendment change had reached the proper authorities. I will reset that letter and address to the NRC Document Control Center affirming that we indeed are moving forward with the request.

Dr. Mecca, Are you still pursuing this license amendment? I have not heard back from you since our last communication on this matter back in March.

If you are still interested in this amendment, please provide a cover letter to state the purpose of the amendment request. This cover letter should provide a clear description of the amendment including discussions on the content of the current license condition or technical specifications, the proposed change and why the change is being requested. Please also include the necessary signature with the proper authority on the letter.

If you do not want to continue this amendment request at this time, you should send us a letter to formally withdraw it so we can properly close this licensing action in our data system.

Please respond at the earliest of your convenience.

Let me know if you have any questions.

RE: RINSC Organizational Chart

Dear Dr. Mecca,

Thank you for the chart and I have also received it form our Document Control.

As a complete submittal we also need a cover letter to state how you like NRC to do with the chart, I know what you wanted, but I need you to make it official by sending the cover letter to NRC Document Control with the chart as an attachment. Your February 7's letter to William B.

Kennedy is a good example for such a cover letter.

Let me know if I can be any further assistance on this matter.

Per your discussion with Dr. Mecca, RIAEC Chairman, I am attaching a copy of the the page change for the recent Amendment request relating to the change in title of our RSO. A hard copy original is simultaneously being mailed to the Document Control Office. Please let us know if there is anything else required to effect this request.
