Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter serves to submit the Radioactive Waste Process Control Manual (Procedure No. 12 PMP 3150 PCP.001<) for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant as required by Section 6.14 of the Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications (RETS), for NRC's review and approval prior to the RETS implementation date of April 15, 1983.
As discussed with members of your Staff, the review should be ex-pedited to allow for the timely resolution of comments prior to the RETS implementation date.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
